Remembering our Pastor...

Pastor Ronnie lived in the area all of his life. After his marriage to First Lady Myrna in 1973, they lived in Berwick.  They are both graduates of Berwick High School.  For over 30 years they have lived in Patterson where they raised their 2 children.  After receiving the Lord in 1981, Pastor began intense study of the scriptures and was ordained in October, 1986.  After serving as an associate pastor and a children’s pastor, he is now Sr. Pastor of Higher Ground Family Church.  He says, “Because of the radical change Christ made in my life, I have devoted my life to bringing the message that changed me to others.  I know the possibilities the Lord brings because He brought them to me.”  Pastor believes that a right relationship with The Lord impacts every other relationship in life.  Called by God, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and inspired by the changes he’s seen in lives, his vision and purpose have only grown stronger over the years.
